Best work out instructions

Hi everyone - I have purchased the personal trainers - bought videos and all the other money sucking activities in hopes to shed weight. It all starts out fine and dandy but then money runs out (or my motivation) and I am left to my own devices.

What I would love to know is if there are any good site out there that describe different work out routines that concentrate on a certain area. Such as biceps - more than just doing curls, there has to be other work outs and I would like to have help (other than the personal trainer) on the other workouts and techniques and FORM.

What free sites do you use to help with form and techniques - are they easy to use and able to use on a mobile device so it can go work out with me? (websites or apps)
