Looking for new workout moves!

I figure i can get the best moves from real people with real experience.
I do tabata style workouts, so i can do whatever i want as long as i can do it fast and hard.
What im working with: body weight, 2 five pounds weights, and yoga mat.
I've been trying to find new moves that work my abs without killing my legs, for example the bicycle crunch. i LOVE it. but i have to get one with my day and do other leg moves as well haha. I'd like moves that have a cardio effect, (mountain climbers, bicycle crunch, burpees, etc) but im open to try almost anything:)
when you list something, would you mind including what parts of the body it works? thanks guys!
