Snack suggestion for low GI diet

Hi....Does anyone have any good snack suggestions for low GI diet?

I've only started learning about this myself, but from what I understand, these are some good picks:
~ 1 medium apple & 1 oz. of cheese
~ 1 medium apple w/2 tbsp low GI peanut butter or PB2
~ Celery sticks w/2 tbsp peanut butter
~ 6 oz. plain yogurt w/4 oz. frozen berries
~ 7 almonds & an orange or 2 cuties
~ 1 hard boiled egg & a low GI fruit0 -
I too am trying to follow a low GI diet but haven't figured out how to find the GI information on some foods. From what I have seen though all berries are great low GI choices, apples and bananas are medium GI fruits and my favorite watermelon is high GI
I have seen a few indexes online when I did google searches.

There is no good science behind this GI stuff.. It is especially has no benefits people who are diabetics or sensitive to carbs and sugars
Eat fewer carbs.0
