low fat yogurt - high on sugar?

I usually have glenisk low fat greek yoghurts in my diet daily, looked at the sugar tracker and it says 15g coming from sugar alone...is this because the yogurt is low fat? I know many yogurts can be quite high in sugar such as muller and so on but I thought the glenisk range was relatively healthy.

Reason i'm asking this is because I'm really working on 80/20 lately with 80% whole, nutritious foods in my diet and 20% for treats so I am being watchful of my sugar intake for the 80%.

Two separate issues: first is if you are eating flavored yogurts, many brands have a lot of added sugar. Secondly, plain yogurt will have grams of sugar listed on the nutrition label because it contains naturally occurring sugar (lactose). If you are watching ADDED sugars, buy plain yogurt and lightly sweeten it yourself (with fruit or honey) or eat it plain. If you are avoiding naturally occurring sugars all together, you can't eat dairy products, period.

thanks for the reply, not to concerned about naturally occurring sugars in fruit and that its more the added. Nevertheless they are vanilla flavored so going to get some plain greek yogurt to have in aswell - just for the options.
