OK, heres the challenge to try, completing, with good form and no cheating, in 25 minutes or less - 3 cycles is completion:

20 chest to deck pushups
50 crunches
25 squats (no weights, just body weight)
30 lunges (15 each leg)
80 jumping jacks
60 second wall sit
