Healthy Breakfast Ideas

Hi everyone! I'm just getting started, and I'm trying to develop a new healthier lifestyle along with losing weight. Because of health conditions I need to limit my intake of sugars/ carbs. Can anyone suggestion some low calorie, low carb breakfast ideas? I'm getting tired of boiled eggs every morning! Thanks!

4 egg white omelet with whatever your favourite veggies are. Sprinkle of cheese if you can afford the calories. 1/4 cup salsa on top. Salsa makes a huge difference.0

I like eating avocados on top of slivered sweet potato coins. Top with diced tomatoes, spices, a spritz of lemon, and a sprig of cilantro. A vertically sliced banana slathered with a scoop of almond butter, coconut flakes, blueberries, and cinnamon is great too. Not necessarily low-calorie but definitely filling, colorful, and gluten-free.0

Breakfast quiche with egg whites, boiled eggs, fried eggs with no calorie spray. Green juice ( I make my own). You can get a decent priced juicer from Target. Enjoy!!0

I like to have either scrambled eggs or an omelet with usually 1 whole egg and 5 egg whites, spinach, 1/4 avocado and some salsa.
Or a serving of plain greek yougrt with 1/2 cup of blueberries, 12 almonds and 1TB of Chia seeds
Or a smoothie (I drink Shakeology but you can easily make your own)
Those meals are only around 300 cals but you can easily adjust them to suit your needs
On days I run I have a bowl of steel cut oats with almonds and apple but other than that my diet is quite low in grains and refined sugar.0 -
Oatmeaaaaal, I used to think it was gross and that I would never like it, but I tried it recently and it's amazing! And very filling! I get the Quaker instant oatmeal packs, they are about 160 calories each. Pair it with a banana or some other fruits and ur good to go!0

I eat a lot of turkey sausage and chicken sausage when I get tired of eggs. They are high in protein and very filling.0

Since I should be eating more protein and veggies, and I'll eat whatever is convenient in the morning, I've looked into making an egg bake on Sunday (something like this http://blondeponytail.com/2012/10/breakfast-for-the-week-egg-casserole/, can also be made with just egg whites for lower calories) to refrigerate and eat a piece of every day. I'll hopefully be trying that soon!
For me, it's all about convenience0 -
egg whites, fresh fruit, blueberry protein pancakes0
