Please help! In need of some support

Hi all,

I started my journey around 215 lbs, got down to 170 lbs, but am now back to 195 lbs.

I found myself struggling with emotions, feeling depressed, which led me to eat poorly and skip the gym...which only amplified the depressed feelings.

I am ready to get back on track. I am a vegetarian, but want to focus more on eating less carbs, and a more balanced diet consisting of more protein and vegetables. I also have a nutribullet that I like making juice in, that I need to use a heck of a lot more (but not for a juice only diet).

Im looking to make more lifestyle choices vs intense diet/exercise binges that'll only lead to rebounding.

I stopped logging in MFP when my partner and I moved in together as I found it more difficult and felt a bit embarrassed by it. However I do find it makes a huge difference in my nutrition - not only in calorie counting but also in ensuring my diet meets on the nutrient requirements.

I would love some support, words of encouragement, and more active MFP friends.

Does anyone have any tips or suggestions?
Im going to get back to the gym, and also want to incorporate some at home exercising as well.
