Blogging for Motivation

Hi!

I've re-started my weight loss journey this year and have decided to try and keep myself motivated by writing a blog, and make me feel guilty when I have to tell the world I had a really bad week. It's mainly for myself so that I can see my progress but if it helps anyone else keep motivated or be inspired then that'd be great.

For now it's mainly going to be combinations of my progress/100 happy days challenge but in a few months (when I finally get into my own flat) I hope to be posting recipe ideas and more detailed workout plans.

    This! I just started P90X3 last Saturday! Out of nowhere, I thought I'm gonna blog each workout for the next 90 days. I've never been much of a writer, but I'm really excited about this now. I'm sure some of the excitement is just from the start of the program, but I'm going to keep it up. It's more fun than I would of imagined.

    It's a lot more fun than I thought too! Made me more motivated today to better my last workout so I have something to write about next time I post, aiming for a once a week summary. See how long I can keep it up
