cronometer????

ok so I recently started using chronometer, but find that MFP and chronometer don't always match up and some items have a huge difference as far as calories/ nutrition......
anyone have any idea which one is more reliable?

    I LOVE CRONOMETER. I usually trust cronometer over mfp.
