half way done and struggle

firstly, i'd like to thanks to all of you who went the journey with me, joined MFP in Sept/Oct last year and i wouldn't achieve this without you guys!! And it's always great to see your success as well. You all make me so proud of you...but

somewhere during Christmas I lost myself, you know, holiday, then we moved, there was no internet, then career crisis...and now am trying to get back on track...

have to push myself to do some exercises, trying to eat healthy and within cal budget, joined some groups here in MFP...but still the drive and motivation i had before is missing..this was my 1st attempt to lose weight and am worried i end up with yo-yo effect.

so now my question is: how to find motivation? How to prevent yo-yo?
