My name is Andrew. I'm 23, just finishing my kinesiology undergrad, play guitar in my band "Paradise Falls", and would like to make a few motivated friends here on MFP to help keep each other in check. I'm quite knowledgeable in the area of health/fitness and would love to exchange tips and tricks with others!
