2 weeks in, thought I would say hello!

Hey everyone,

Finally decided it was time to make a lifestyle change and get fit and healthy. I've been using the site for about 2 weeks now, I'm no stranger to diet and exercise but for the last 8 months or so I just lost all my motivation and really let myself go. I've also recently suffered a knee injury which has ruled out running/jogging, my favourite form of exercise. Discovered online videos and now I seem to be back on track and feeling good so far. Would be great to meet some other people on here, to chat, keep motivated and reach our goals.
