What did you turn to when you Plateau'd

I have successfully lost 15 pounds. I have been at 138ish pounds for about two months now and I feel like I just can't shake it. I am curious...for those of you who have hit one before what was some of the things you tried that seemed to help!?

    I first hit a plateau at 50 lbs lost and that's when I started tracking my food. Turns out my protein and fat were way too low so I brought it up a bit and voila! Weight started coming off again!

    I hit my second plateau at 80 lbs lost. This is when I started to do TurboFire and then I did a TurboFire/ChaLEAN Extreme hybrid and that helped me to lose 20 more pounds and I hit the 100 lbs lost mark!

    Check your nutrition and your fitness. If you haven't switched up your workouts in a while, do that. Your body is surprisingly fast at adapting to whatever you through at it so you have to keep it guessing!
