For five years now I've been trying to lose weight. I've been up & down with it though. I am a VERY confident person, so when I look in the mirror I see beauty, but at the same time I do wanna be thin & healthy. I go through periods of where I am motivated & I eat healthy & workout a lot... then I come to the conclusion that I'm already perfect & don't need to lose weight. My question to yall is do you ever feel that way? & instead of me thinking I'm fine.. is it me being in denial? Like in denial about being confident that I can lose weight. I don't know if I really do feel like my body is perfect or if it's me saying that to avoid working out. Does anybody feel that way??? If so, reply
Also, I need new buddies. So feel free to add me :)

I felt like that for years...then I would break...lose weight/exercise...hello cycle of yo yoing...same 30lbs for 3 years up and down...

At 41 it hit me...my hips hurt, my knees hurt...high cholesterol...etc.

I had enough...being confident in how I looked was one thing....but being unhealthy was another...I have a younger husband so I need to keep up...and be alive for later.

And you know what it doesn't help when your husband is younger and hot and thinks you are hot regardless of how fat you get...seriously...and he likes to eat and I have a 20 year old son....

But if for not other reason do it now ...not when I did..and you wont have the health issues...
