Yes we all hate it! Especially me! I had my baby 6 months ago and want it gone. I. Lifting heavy weights and can see the changes especially my arms but not so much in the mid section. Any suggestions in excersises? Really want to lose some inches and cardio isn't doing it. Thx

welcome to our bodies way of punishing us... you always lose last what you want gone most.... no real way to spot reduce, the fat will come off based on your genetics. keep up that heavy lifting, calorie deficit and as you get close to your 33lb goal, you will start to see the mid-section firm up and slim down. you can add ab exercises and they will tone the mid-section so they are better defined once the fat is gone... sorry i dont have any magic for you... good luck and stay with it...0
