Burned calories with fitness tracker?

I'm trying to figure this out. My bmr according to mfp is 1974. I've recently started wearing a misfit shine tracker. Today it says I've burned 3000 calories. Does this include my bmr? To add 'exercise' calories into my diary do I subtract 3000 from the 1974?

    I have a Jawbone UP and Fitbit Flex. They each calculate your TDEE. If your activity tracker also shows your TDEE, then you should be able to eat 2,000 calories per day and lose 2 lb. per week.
