When to expect Results!

Hi everyone,
I have been using myfitnesspal for 8 days now. I am following a 1200 calorie diet with a lower carb intake and exercising 30-60 mins a day, mainly cardio. When should I expect results and/or weight loss? How long will this take, does anyone have any ideas?
I would appreciate some suggestions as well about healthy ways to quickly lose 20-30lbs.

    Well, you'll see results in your next weigh-in presuming your numbers are correct. Though 1200 calories + Exercise is unsustainable.
