Hello!
So I am a vegetarian that has a dairy allergy and I'm having trouble adding protein to my diet. I spend a lot of time on the road for work so I don't always have the time to cook, nor the money to always get "good takeout". I would love some suggestions of pretty high protein sources that are good for snacks and not super high in calories. Thanks!
