Project Bubble Butt Help

I have been doing some research online for the best exercises I can do to get a nice bubble butt and have come across some that are ALWAYS recommended, like squats and lunges. I created a plan for myself to get my goal, but I'm unsure if it's the best.

Sumo Squats x15
Lunges x15
Kickbacks x15
Hip abductions x15
Fire Hydrants x12
Jumping Jacks x15

I don't necessarily have a flat butt, but I do want to round it and lift it and give it that nice plump shape. Will this workout do what I hope to achieve?

    Step ups, kneeling squats and hipthrusts are good to. Don't forget to build muscle you need to eat in a surplus

    Brazil Butt Lift workout I hear is good also.
