First day on the Plan

This was my first day on the Plan and I'm finally sitting down after cooking the right kind of food for dinner. I had my husband help me fill in the food planner. We also planned my meals/snacks for tomorrow. This is a challenge for me because we have gotten so used to just eating out and having a few drinks with the meal. I had to have foot, neck and rotator cuff surgery at the end of 2013 and began to gain weight. I also have hypothyroidism so my metabolism isn't exactly "smokin'"!!! So, I hope to stick with this a closely as I can and see what happens. Any supporters are MORE than welcome!!!
