? When measuring veggies (like bell pepper and onion ) do you measure raw or cooked? I can fit more in the measuring cup cooked
. But want to know how I should be accounting for them. Thanks

weigh or measure you foods raw
edit - sometimes you can find an entry for cooked foods in the data base0 -
This is a good example of why weighing food is important. Peppers and onions are low calorie food, but think about how much more crushed potato chips can fit into a cup than whole ones. Plus you don't have a bunch of measuring cups to wash every time you eat.0
