Has anyone lost weight just by walking? If so how long did you walk? How many days a week?

Leslie Sansone has some walk videos that I used when I was first getting started with fitness (borrowed from library). Awesome workout. And I know there are people who have used them for significant weight loss.0

I lost my first 20 lbs walking! To and from work, Mon-Fri, while eating at a calorie deficit. Walking rocks.0

Yes, I had a stroke leaving some damage to my left side, so thats about all the exercises i can do. I started My Fitness Pal Jan 4, 2013, got a fitbit Jan 14, 2013. and started on a 1200 a day calorie diet, and as of today lost 104 pounds. in the beginning i walked a few thousand steps, but now try to walk at least 12000 steps everyday and if possible 15,000. there arei days i dont, but thats rare. walking really does work along with watching your calories.i also love my fitbit pedometer and it syncs with my fitness pal which is great, so as you walk, you can see in mfp, the calories allowed to eat for the day increasing. it really motivates me...0
