People in 30s or early 40s?

Hi there. I've been on the site for about a month or so. I'm 38, married, and have two teenage boys (15 & 16). I work out at home to videos for both strength training and cardio. I love Cathe Friedrich (check her out - www.cathe.com) videos for both types of workouts, but I also like to throw in Tae Bo, Leslie Sansone (when I want a nice light walking workout instead of going hard), and Jari Love (who does some great endurance workouts). I've also done P90X, Chalean Extreme, The Firm, Windsor Pilates, and Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I don't have much weight (lbs) to lose, but I find that it's getting harder and harder to get to where I want to be. Any friends are welcome, no matter what your circumstances are.

I work out at home, too. It sounds like you have a really strong fitness base. Have you tried Insanity? It's all I do. I've always been fit and slim, but I used it to whip me back into shape after my 19month old was born...and I never stopped the results were that good. It's the toughest, I hear, but you sound prepared. Just do what you can, when you can, and you will improve! I'll send you a request! Stay motivated!!0
