What do you put this in your diary as? how will i know how many cals ive burnt?

    Do you have a heart rate monitor? If so, just do your workout and then you can add your own exercise and enter the time you spent and the cals burned... otherwise, i would estimate depending on how hard you worked and then just don't eat all those workout cals back.
