weekend eating---HELP

all during the week I usually do pretty well with eating and exercising 3 times a week however on the weekends is where i really struggle. I am always doing something and it is really hard to stay under my calorie intake plus i am not losing weight. I am stuck. Any suggestions of how to stay on track or how i can loose more weight?

    Maybe you are not eating enough? This is just MY opinion, but the calorie alotment MFP has for ME is too low. I just go by how I feel. Maybe on the weekends you need just a few more calories if you're busy moving around. Maybe add an additonal day or two of exercise, it can be walking or body wt exercises. You may need to revisit the type of food you're eating too.
