Morning all!
I am staying at a friend's tonight and she has told me that her building has it's own gym. I NEVER get to workout at my gym in the evening/morning because of my ridiculously long commute that completely wipes me out (although I will often do a bit of Jillian or 10 minute abs at home in the evening) and I'm pretty excited to actually be able to get up and work out tomorrow morning before work. However, I have got super used to my hour of strictly overseen instructed workout with my personal trainer on a Saturday and really looking for an idea of how I can make the most out of 20-30 minutes of gym time on my own tomorrow morning.
Does anyone have any great fat-burning, lean-making gym workouts or tips that they could throw my way? I don't want to waste the opportunity by just settling for a treadmill plod *yawn*

do a mini version of what you normally do with your trainer? 20 minutes isn't a lot of time but depending on how you do your workouts now, what would you normally do today?0

look inot some hiit exercises! What you can do really depends on the equipment they got. I do hiit with trx and ropes, but you could just use dumbbells or even just a treadmill0

I normally do 20 minutes of boxing pads with him which I know I definitely am not going to be able to do and then 40 minutes of a variety of things like body weight circuits, TRX, interval training and using the weights machines. I think really I'm looking for the most effective way to mix in cardio and strength training in a short amount of time. I think HIIT is the way to go!0
