Protein Supplement Frequency

I know the best way to take in protein isn't through a powder or a bar, but until my wife's pregnancy is over (she can't stand the sight of any protein), I'm thinking additional protein supplements would be appropriate to boost my intake. Is there any sort of limitation of the amount of protein drinks/bars/supplements that one should take on a daily basis? Right now, I try to consume some casein in the morning and at night and whey either pre or post workout but I'm a bit hesitant on taking in more since it's not as natural I guess. Thanks!

any protien??? or do you mean meat?
Eggs, skim milk, green yogurt, cheese, nuts...
You aren't at home 24/7...get the meat in while you are away at work.
I used to use bars/powders but I don't have to any longer I have got it figured out.0 -
If a vast proportion of your protein is from supplements, make sure to vary the kind of protein supplement you're using. Each brand is bound to have some deficiencies. And by alternating what kind of protein product you're using, you're more likely to cover all your bases nutrition-wise, if this is a long-term plan, I mean.0
