Make them with only egg whites, add banana or fruit and yoghurt instead of cream. Also if you want to make them sweet use stevia instead of sugar.0

These are the best, but flip them just once like regular pancakes that way they stay fluffy… Enjoy
Ultimate Protein Pancakes
You’ll need:
6oz plain greek yogurt
1 large egg white
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup (about 2/3 scoop) vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp baking soda
Anything else you’d like to add for flavor (I like adding in strawberries and vanilla extract)
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients (protein powder, flour, and baking soda), and mix with a fork until well combined. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients (egg white and yogurt) and mix until well combined. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet, stirring as you go. The batter should become thick. Add in any extras for flavor, and keep mixing until everything is totally combined.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Drop batter by the spoonful into the pan. Pancakes will expand as they cook, so don’t put them too close together. When little bubbles start to form all throughout the pancake, it’s time to flip it. Transfer pancakes to a plate, and top with whatever you’d like. They’re plenty flavorful on their own, but adding a couple tablespoons of syrup made them even better!
Makes 6 large pancakes. Nutritional information:

What's wrong with pancakes?0

I assume you mean crepes?
I made some this morning... 250g of all purpose flour, 2 large eggs, 400g of 2% milk, a teaspoon of oil, then about half a cup of water (until it was a relatively thin consistency. Could be a bit less). It's actually pretty much this one http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/recipes/low_fat/basic-pancake-batter.htm with more flour, although I have no idea how they are getting 10 out of that.
Made 11, 118 calories each (I have a 7 inch pan I think for those). Notice the past tense, lol. I had two with ham and swiss, one with nutella, one with dulce de leche, and a tiny leftover batter one with a bit of jam. YUM.
For American pancakes, I use the protein pancake recipe above, I just add a bit of milk and use whole wheat pastry flour.0 -
I love walnut pancakes topped with just some sliced banana. Yum0

I make mine the old fashioned way with WW flour... Also love to add apples in the batter, bananas on top and blueberry sugar free syrup. And you can't forget bacon. Damn, now I want pancakes lol.0
