How much should I aim to lose a week w/ 20-25 lbs to lose?

I'm 5'4 and 143 lbs. If it helps, my BMR is about 1300 and my TDEE is about 1600.

Unless you have a specific deadline I'd say the slower the better. Smaller changes over time are easier to maintain. i lost 30 pounds over about 6 months about 5 yrs ago and have not regained any. Good luck!0
