I need a new scale and I want to buy a good one. Any suggestions of what kind to buy and where?

Oh sorry! I'm looking for a scale to weigh me! I do have a kitchen scale.0

i've seen very up and down reviews about fat % scales so i avoided them. to be honest, i only use my (cheap mechanical) scales as a guide and use my tape measure to keep track better. if you're just starting out i highly recommend taking full measurements and also 'before' photos. i really wish i had!
if you look on amazon and filter to 4+ star reviews, you should get something decent. sorry i can't be more help, just wanted to say the importance of measuring0 -
Whatever you get, don't waste your money on one that supposedly tells you your body fat percentage. Those things are notoriously wrong.0
