A great read! It definitely helped put some things in perspective for me. I hope it helps anyone on here that is unsure about what they are doing to reach their fitness goals.

    I get very irritated with things like "that's a girly workout"

    or- " I need a lifting program for a woman"

    or "I can only do girly push ups"

    no such thing as girly push ups.
