Addicted to buying workout clothes!!

I am definitely addicted! It's a great way to reward myself that doesn't involve food, and like you said, I actually look forward to workouts more when i have new gear to wear! I am currently loving the loose fitting tanks with the built in bras.
I love those too! Just got a nice LULU (I know shock) on clearance last week!0 -
As long as you use the workout clothes to actually workout- I say have at it!
I splurge on workout clothes so I don't have a ton but I do love buying workout clothes. I just went on Friday and bought new pants!0 -
My only dedicated "workout wear" is a couple sport bras and the shirts that are required wear for members at my KM studio. But I went through a phase... When form-fitting shirts and tanks started looking good on me, I suddenly discovered that I had to have them in every color. I wear them all the time now, not just in the gym; it's a nice change from hiding myself under all black clothes and super baggy t-shirts.0

I've found some awesome stuff at Goodwill. My favorite is a bright pink Nike running jacket I found for $7. Like new!0

posting pictures modeling said workout gear isn't frowned upon here....I don't think.0

I have a hard time finding workout pants and tights that are long enough...:ohwell: I'm 5'10 and most of the yoga type pants look like high waters on me...any suggestions??0
-
You should try cycling.
I have more tights than a grade 3 production of "Peter Pan".
And I'm a bloke...
And THAT is an image I'm gonna use much much later..when not in an office full of people..and spending some quality time alone with my lady jam...:bigsmile:0 -
addicted to compression tights and yoga pants...
still need better shoes though0 -
I can go about 2 weeks worth of workout clothes and own one pair of jeans....0

It's so crazy . . . I never thought of even going to a gym and sweating and now it is like a new addition!
My excuse is that I have gone down in sizes so therefore not to look like a slob I need workout clothes that fit - it just so happens that new workout clothes also motivate me to workout
My best recent find is a yellow Calvin Klein top, with a double ruffle at the hem - because of course who doesn't need bright yellow ruffles on their butt to help remind them why they are working out to begin with.
I am just starting to add running shoes to my collection.0 -
Wow! It is very nice to know that I am not the only one!! It's so much fun though.0

Im starting to have more worout clothes than anything else...
....and then get annoyed when I cant find anything to wear in the morning!0 -
I cannot stop buying Sweaty Betty and Adidas by Stella McCartney. I blame it on working in fashion... Also I definitely read something somewhere about how women who wear good tight fitting gym clothes tend to work harder in the gym because they're so conscious of their body being on show. So the investment is totally worth it! Honest...0

I love buying workout gear, too! And just lately I need to replace my size L workout pants with M, so here I go again!0

I love workout clothes, and like others, get them almost exclusively at Marshall's, TJ Maxx. Ross...because they're so cheap and good.
I do workout six days a week, and for aerial, I can't just work out in any old clothing. Buying leggings was my first "addition". I went through a leg warmer phase when I started lyra (that hoop can really tear up your legs). Booty shorts when I was doing pole. Right now I really need more leotards, especially sparkly ones to perform in...
Pretty much on weekends, that's all I wear unless I'm going out in the evening.0 -
if i could afford it, i would be. if only i was allowed to show up to the office in my workout clothes, that would be awesome! and, i probably would be much more productive!0

I'm addicted too but live overseas and many of the pants aren't long enough cuz I have a 34" inseam. I buy a lot online on Amazon and when I'm in the states I go to Walmart. Walmart has good brands and great prices. I'm in the military so have no need for work clothes and spend more money on workout gear than anything lol. I wear them every day so it's a good buy I think0

Absolutely addicted to Zella, New Balance and Nike. They opened an Athleta store in a mall nearby and it is amazing. I didn't buy that day but will be back.0
