i cant do lunges or squats(or running, or an elliptical among other things) due to a patella tracking disorder. i have some exercises to help with the knees, but i wanna keep my tush in good shape.
i have: a resistance band, one 5 pound weight, and a nice padded pilates mat. (so bodyweight) i watched a video of a deadlift, and thats too hard on my knees, too close to a squat.

I've done a few of her workout videos, and while I like some and not the others, I've mostly found her butt related ones to be good. They're low impact, almost all done from the mat. If she adds in squats, you could skip them, but from what I remember, it she has you using the weight of your legs to do the shaping.0 -

watching the 25 min one now. HOLY crap! i think that'll do the trick. i might pull some of the moves from the video and just do those rahter than the whole thing, or just do half of it, at least to start off. i was blessed with a shapely bottom, i just dont want to work everything else but than and then end up with a pancake.
