    Mee TOO! I need to lose 40 - 50 lbs! I just started tracking my food last week and am wearing a fitbit to help me track to get to 10,000 steps a day....and joined a weight management class at work 2 weeks ago... weight not budging yet... but am believing that I can and WILL LOSE THIS WEIGHT! How are you guys working on getting there? :smile:

    I'm right there with you, I would like to lose 50 by my birthday, the end of August. I'm struggling right now, even though I'm working out and tracking my food, I can't seem to shed any weight.

    HI GUYS I LOST 40 POUNDS IN 3 1/2 TO 4 MONTHS :)

    MY DIET CONSIST OF EATING ONLY THE FOOD ITEMS LISTED BELOW

    MEAT (ALL MEAT)
    VEGGIES
    SALADS
    SEAFOOD
    WATER

    NO FRUIT, NO DAIRY, NO OATMEAL, NO PASTAS, YOU GET IT
    I EXERCISED 5-6 TIMES A WEEK, USED MFP AND MAINTAIN AT 1200-1254 CALORIES A DAY.

    I WAS MONITOR BY MY DOCTOR BECAUSE I WAS COMPLAINING I COULDN'T LOOSE WEIGHT.

    AFTER I LOST 40 POUNDS I STARTED EATING BANANNAS AND STRAWBERRIES A LIL BIT OF OATMEAL, MET MY BF AND HE IS SKINNY LIKE A CELERY STICK HE CAN EAT!!!!

    IN ONE MONTH I GAINED 6 POUNDS :/

    SW: 204 JUNE 2013
    CW: 164 OCTOBER-SEPTEMBER 2013

    MET THE BF

    SW: 169.8
    GW: 135

    HOPE IT WORKS FOR YOU GUYS IT'S VERY HARD NOW THAT I LOOK BACK AND ASK MYSELF HOW I DID IT. I'VE BEEN SAYING I'M STARTING AGAIN BUT IT'S HARD!!!!!!!

    FIRST 3 DAYS WITH NO SUGAR OMG I WAS GOING CRAZY!!! LOL

    SUMMER IS AROUND THE CORNER AND I ONLY NEED 34.8 I KNOW I CAN DO IT.

    GOOD LUCK AND KEEP IT UP GUYS WE CAN DO IT!

    Count me in, but I cant post a pic a day....... I need to lose weight for my nieces wedding, I'm 63 and the marton of honor!

    But the diet listed just above.... I can't do that. Must have my yogurt and coffee!

    I would love to lose 40lbs this year. I would like to have 30lbs gone by June and have a good start so far.

    You can add me if you like -- would love to see your progress. I need to lose about 80 pounds so have a little more to go. I don't think I could remember to post pics each day but perhaps every 2 weeks to a month. Good idea.
