Weird thing happened after I worked out...Insight?

So something weird happened to me when I worked out last night. I did a light warm-up then 3 ten minute youtube videos. 10 mins abs, 10 mins arms and a 10 min fat blaster cardio video. About halfway through the first video I realized that I was sort of tired but figured that wasn’t an excuse so I plowed through it. Arms were okay, then I did the cardio video. In the last 3 minutes I started to get very tired but kept going. At the end of my workout my heart was pounding excessively hard and I had to sit down right away. I drank some water and just took some deep breaths and waited for my heart to slow down. After that I felt very ‘off’ that’s the only way to describe it. I got changed and started to make dinner. I found that I was very very cold. I had some dinner but found I needed to almost eat a double portion to feel okay and recovered but it was a very weird experience. About an hour prior to my workout I had eaten a cheese string. Had eaten properly during the day (protein @ breakfast and lunch, fruit, veg, etc) Any insight?
EDIT: I've been working out for about 2 years now. Anywhere from 2-5 days per week. Fairly intense cardio & weights. I'm in half decent shape and have decent endurance.

It's kind of hard to know without more information. How much cardio have you been doing before this? Was this your first cardio session? How "in shape" or "out of shape" are you? What did your heart rate climb to in the cardio? What is your HR max? etc....0 -
sounds standard. some days are just like that where you aren't "feeling it"
and you are off.
if no pain- and no extreme conditions persisted- chalk it up to a improperly fueled work out (food or sleep or what have you) and move on.
it happens to everyone who works out long enough.
Be happy you finished and didn't' quit!0 -

That happens to me quite a bit. Last week I bonked after a hard workout, I felt dizzy and chilled for hours. "Off"explaims it perfectly. I was trying to cut my carbs down to 40% and that is too low for me. Make sure you eat something with healthy carbs and protein before your workout, or eat half a serving of each before, and half after your workout. Good luck!!0
