Hi everyone!
It's been a long, tough road, but I'm finally back to focusing on my health after losing weight and recovering from an ED.
While I'd like to lose 10 pounds, for the time being I'm more focused on moving away from long cardio sessions and towards being comfortable and confident in the weight room. I just finished The New Rules for Lifting for Women and am starting the program today.
I'm a little nervous about the transition, especially upping my calorie intake, but excited about going down a path that so many have had success with. Advice is welcome!
Stay healthy!
Amanda
