iv been using MFP for a few months now and have always scrolled and read through the online community but never posted stuff or replied. i am defnitely going to get more involved now.

22, from South Africa, live in London. Hubby is a personal trainer which motivates me more than anything to keep fit and healthy.
My biggest problem with my diet is weekend indulgence and drinking! If only I could eat 7 days a week like I do Monday-Fri night.

Here to try and change that and also offer support to everyone
Not looking to lose weight really just tone, define and build muscle

  • Yes I do understand Friday night sun is setting. Friends by your said order the drink you love.
    Talking, laughing, joking. When you know it this is your 3 drink. Lol
    It's hard to have fun with out the fancy drinks or you feel left out.
    Friends don't understand what you want to do. You drink water they kid with you.
    What I do is drink tea. It's dark it's not sweet and it gets them off my back :)
    And you don't look like a 3 wheel :).

  • Thanks guys- yes it's the drinking more than anything then KFC at 2am then Saturday and Sunday hangovers and all u want to eat is junk food!!
  • Welcome! Drinking was my summer issue! I try only to have a cheat day once a week!
