Getting back on track!

Good morning/afternoon all! I have done this journey in the past and fell off the wagon of health. I let myself gain the 70 lbs I had lost plus some back but now have set a goal to get healthy again. I started with a goal to lose 54 lbs, this will get adjusted along the way because this will still not get me to where I need to be but it will get me to a mile stone that I can go on from. I'm a mom, a student, active in church and getting married in June (great reason to lose 40 lbs). Please feel free to add me - I will give you feedback and support along your journey - the only person who I like to compete against is myself with all these apps and things that keep me moving forward each day with my goal.
