Leslie Sansone.. walking or cardio category?

Anyone out there familiar with Leslie Sansone's 3 mile walking videos, I need your advice. Because it's technically a walking video, should I list it in my exercise diary as walking at a brisk pace? Or since there's more to the videos than just walking, should it be listed as cardio?

I used to list it as low-impact aerobics, I think, and that matched up with my HRM's figures.

Thanks for the responses. I did mean aerobic, not cardio..derr. Lol. I realize it's all cardio. I've been listing it as walking but it feels like so much more.

Oh thanks for posting this. I've been doing both 3 and 4 mile "walks" with her video, and it is definately more than a walk

I just compared the options- 4 mile very brisk pace for 55 minutes ( length of the 4 mile video) and aerobics for 55 minutes, and they came up to the same amount of calories burned. So I guess it doesn't really matter

The 3 mile is 45 minutes. That probably is very brisk pace, too, then. I think I was just doing brisk pace. Thanks for entering that to see the difference. I didn't think of that.

No problem. I'm still pretty new, so I'm trying to figure out how each of my exercises should be entered. A little bit frustrating at times
