Your Affordable Dream Car?

Yes we all want Ferrari's, Lamborghini's, Bentley's, etc...but realistically, we're not going to win the lottery. Last year I was about twenty minutes too late from buying the car of my dreams.

A 1963 Ford Thunderbird....mint condition. Old lady selling it on Craigslist for $1500. I got there as it was being loaded on a hauler.

I still get online from time to time and see what's being sold locally, and one day I'll find what I want. It's reasonable, will take a little TLC and some investment, but it's within my budget.

A couple here at work...one drives the Cayenne, and he drives a custom Shelby. I know he has a collection at the house but have yet the chance to go see what else he has in his fleet. So jelly.

Took it for a test drive and really liked it. But decided to go a little smaller, since I'm not driving around a bunch of people anymore.

A friend but a fully loaded Durango, I drove it out to Phoenix and I kept cussing out the damn car because it had some auto detect of the car in front of you, so it kept braking automatically. Pretty cool feature, but a bit annoying if you're not paying attention and you're finding that you never overtake the car in front of you.

That said, it was a beaut to drive.

that would drive me INSANE. I speed too much lol. I will have to see if that is something I can turn off. I love mine! I always say it's like driving an SUV sports car - it's fast!

I would love a Jeep Wrangler, but I would need to live closer to work. I have a Liberty, and the gas is killin' me with all the driving I do. But she's paid off, so she stays til her last breath.
