naked yoga?

I recently read an article where a writer had to write about her experience at a naked yoga class.

She said after awhile she didn't even notice she and the others were naked.

I personally couldn't do it, Maybe topless but not bottomless.

could anyone or has anyone here ever tried it or does it?

    I think, like the author of the article (if you read the same xoJane one that I did), you'd have to be pretty confident to try it in the first place. While she did say that she noticed everyone else less than she'd anticipated, she still wouldn't do it again. Like her, I'd do it once just to see what's what... when I'm a little closer to my goal weight because chickensh*t.

    that's funny,

    They had to face each other in circle, and the instructor told them when to strip down. It really sounded very professional and all. But I still don't think I could be completely naked infront of others. Especially doing yoga or any type of exercise...

    I’ve mastered naked sitting on a couch, so I guess I’m ready for the leap to naked yoga.

    For the sake of any poor souls who might be in the class with me, NO! Someone might very well dig their eyeballs out of their sockets after seeing me do that! At the very least, everyone there would need years of counseling!
