Hi! I just started food journaling on my own yesterday and a friend I talked to this morning told me about this. I input my info in from yesterday and today and am really excited about this!! For exercise I am doing Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs DVDs, and some strength training. I think a big problem for me has been not moving enough. I hope to change that and am committing to doing this
I'm already starting to look at what I'm eating differently.

Hello,
I am just starting as well and about the same weight as yourself. I am a systems analyst, so yes I sit in front of the computer all day as well. I had some health problems last year that stopped me from exercising, now I am out of breath just walking across the parking lot to my office.
