those expensive workout dvd series?

I just got my tax return and am considering getting one of those expensive workout dvd series that I've seen people talk about, but am not sure which one to get. so my question is, do you use any of them and if so what do their workouts consist of and do you like it?

I'm just starting T25. Its an intense workout and I've not completed a 25 minute segment yet but I will not give up!

I'm doing M J Body Revolution AND T25 ... so far I love them both ... what do you have in mind ?
  • I'm doing p90x3 and I absolutely LOVE it! Some days are harder than others but they all work the different muscle groups. There's a lot of reviews of all the different programs on youtube. Also, I would suggest joining a group. This is the first time I joined a challenge group and I love being a part of it and doing the workouts with everyone else is great.

Honestly, if you are going to invest in one of the expensive DVD's go with one that incorporates resistance training. RT combined with adequate protein levels will help maintain your lean body mass, metabolic rate and overall help you get more lean. Right now I am doing P90X3, which is pretty good.
