Make a few changes...

My husband loves to take familiar recipes and tweak them to be healthy. We eat plenty of vegetables and fruit, too. We don't buy any specific or special foods. I'll try to post some of our recipes that have been tweaked.

As a side note- whole wheat is supposed to be good for you and healthy but some people can't tolerate it- I can't tolerate it so you'll see recipes cut with all purpose flour and whole wheat.
