Is there any truth to this? Does working out make you retain water?

LIFE make you retain water. Working out burns the calories and fat that are what people are USUALLY trying to lose when they say "lose weight". Don't worry about water unless you're doing a weigh-in for a competition that same/next day.
It can. It just shouldn't matter.0 -
I don't know...but I do know that when I am on the treadmill for an hour, my hands get a little puffy but it goes down quickly. However, I do notice that my legs are less bloated over time now that I exercise an hour every day.0
