Hey! :smile: I recently started Leslie Sansone 30 days work out plan. I was wanting to know if anyone has any success stories to share to keep me motivated? How much did you lose and how long did it take you? Can you lose without dieting or not? I know obviously you have to do diet but how much you can lose without dieting?

    I've been wondering the same thing. I started her walking DVDs a month ago, doing them 6 days a week. While I haven't lost any weight, my size 8 pants are looser in the waist and hips. (I'm 5'8" and 147 lbs; I consume between 1500 -1600 calories a day.)

    I would appreciate others' thoughts on Sansone's DVDs.
