Anytime Fitness is teaming up with COAK, Collation of Angry Kids to get parents to be better role models for their children. I'm one of the rare few who has been the overweight kid, obese parent, and now a fitness guru. The article is great and was the front page story, which I was very proud to see.

I was on the Anytime Fitness website today and saw this. I actually like the pictures on the website of the kids holding the signs. They can't expect to follow if we don't lead.
Sidebar: I was very surprised to see that Anytime Fitness is not in Toronto yet That was disappointing.0
