Well, I was once 250, started on MFP at 200 and got down to 169, at 180 or so now but leaning out
I haven't been reaching out much on here but if anyone needs a buddy who can advise them on strength training and stuff and just be cool and make laugh, I'm here :P

Hi there
See you added me. I'm 20
Trying to lose some excess fat before I start toning up full time, bit too much on my plate to focus on cardiovascular and strength at the same time. I am considering the 30DS as I did it 5 years ago when I lost 90lbs and It does have some cardiovascular benefits while helping to tone up basically everywhere!
But I'm sure you will come in handy when I am at my my goal weight and beginning the journey of strength training.
