Mid week NSV

I am trying to be patient with my losses, but it's hard (no kidding!). So I'm focusing on the NSVs I have noticed this week.

1. My bra fits better. It used to be so tight and just evil feeling - the kind you only wear as long as you absolutely have to, like when ALL the others are int he wash. Today I am noticing that it's actually comfortable. It cups my boobs, rather that just sort of restraining them into an awkward shape!

2. Less wiggling when I put my favorite 3/4 length cargo pants on. Even though the back of the waist is elasticized, it was getting a bit much. Had to do the wiggle dance to get them on (can I log the calories from that? Haha). I'm not sure I even wiggled today.

These are both very relieving NSVs. I feel like I'm getting somewhere.

    Those are great! Mine was having my sister tell me I look different from when she saw me a month ago.

    jogged continuously for 12 minutes, almost a mile, as part of my 35 minute treadmill stint yesterday (total of 21 minutes out of 35 jogged), and can hold the plank position for 60 seconds. Yay me:smile:

    Those are 2 things I am looking forward to - having noticeably lost weight, and being fitter!

    I liked reading you guys' NSVs, thanks! I just experienced a NSV a few minutes ago. I am wearing this t-shirt that a friend got me not this past summer, the summer before. It was a unisex XL and I never wore it because I felt like a stuffed sausage. This morning I looked in the mirror after thinking about that and this t-shirt is huge. I mean I could pretty much fit a small human in here with me! Things like this help me remember the progress, I've made thus far. Sometimes I get too caught up in not being where I want to be yet.

    I took the stairs up to my desk this morning, instead of waiting until the day is almost over to cram any sort of exercise in.
