Blueberry Ice Cream
Had this tonight when my kids ate ice cream - so delicious! My little one even ditched her regular ice cream and wanted me to share mine.
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup plain, lowfat greek yogurt
1/4 tsp vanilla
dash of cinnamon
3 drops liquid alcohol-free stevia or 1 tsp honey - this summer will try leaving stevia out when using fresh berries.
Put ingredients in blender or use immersion blender. Eat immediately. I'm going to try making it again and freezing it to see what happens to the texture.

Thank you so much for reminding me how good a blueberry and strawberry smoothie tastes!!! I was just about to go out and buy some junk food because I really want sweet, but fortunately for me I couldn't think of what specifically I really wanted, so I was reading here out of frustration and found your thread.
I like your idea of adding cinnamon and vanilla. I will try that in my soy milk + frozen fruit + sucralose smoothie. Thanks!0
